I work with adults (18+) in individual therapy and couples counseling. My philosophy is to provide you with an unconditional positive regard—I embrace people of all backgrounds and orientations, caring for the whole person. I believe it is vital that you feel safe, comfortable and accepted in counseling.

I am flexible in my therapeutic approach and I feel it is important to adjust my approach based on your needs. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I prefer to use a person-centered approach as well as polyvagal theory. Please see the “FAQ/What to Expect” tab above for more information about these approaches.

I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for most of my life. I love art, music, reading, and movie nights with my family.
