Counseling Rates:

Initial Consultation, 20 minutes $0

Individual Counseling, 50 minutes $160

Couples Counseling, 50 minutes $160

Phone Consultation and coaching between appointments, 15 min or less $0

Phone Consultation and coaching between appointments, 15-30 min $80

At this time, I am unable to bill insurance directly. However, you may request a “Superbill” for each session to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many private insurance plans are able to reimburse you for the cost of counseling; check with your insurance plan prior to scheduling an appointment if you’d like to be reimbursed.

Sliding Scale or Reduced Cost Counseling

If you are unable to afford the cost of counseling, you may request a Sliding Scale slot. Pacific Coast Mental Health keeps several appointments open each week for clients who need a reduced fee. Please indicate your need for a reduced fee when you fill out the contact form so we can best serve you.
